The Level Up Spot™ name, platform, and system are licensed from PeerNextGroup, Inc., which owns the underlying intellectual property. Level Up Spot, LLC is solely responsible for the operation of the Services and the handling of user data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Peer specialists are not licensed clinicians and do not maintain clinical records.
