Queens is the most ethnically diverse urban area in the world, and yet for many residents, finding accessible mental health support has historically meant navigating long waitlists, high costs, and clinical environments that feel unfamiliar or unwelcoming. Level Up Spot was built to change that. Our Forest Hills location on Queens Boulevard is a walk-in community space where anyone can come in, sit down, and talk to a certified peer support specialist with lived experience in the challenges they are facing.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship stress, housing instability, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you do not need an appointment, a referral, or any paperwork to walk through our door. Our peer specialists are not therapists, and that is intentional. They are community members who have been through similar experiences and are trained to listen, guide, and connect you with the right next step.
For young adults in Queens navigating the transition to adulthood, for immigrants and first-generation New Yorkers who may not know what support is available, and for anyone who has ever thought "I do not need therapy, I just need someone to talk to" — Level Up Spot is that place. We serve the full breadth of Queens communities, with specialists who speak multiple languages and bring lived experience from across the borough and beyond.
Our Forest Hills location is easily accessible via the E, F, M, and R subway lines at the 71st-Continental Avenues station, as well as multiple bus routes along Queens Boulevard. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
