Level Up Spot is now open and welcoming community members who are looking for connection, guidance, and real support — no appointment necessary, no clinical pressure.

What Is Level Up Spot?

Level Up Spot is a community-first, peer-led space designed for people who need support navigating life's hardest moments. Whether someone is dealing with stress and anxiety, recovering from a crisis, transitioning out of incarceration, managing housing instability, or simply feeling stuck — Level Up Spot is a place to walk in, sit down, and talk to someone who truly understands.

Every specialist at Level Up Spot is a trained peer — someone with lived experience in the challenges they help others navigate. This is not therapy. This is community.

A Space Built for Queens

Forest Hills was chosen as the first location because of its central position in Queens and its proximity to communities that have historically been underserved by traditional mental health and social services. Queens is one of the most diverse counties in the United States, and Level Up Spot was designed to reflect and serve that diversity — with specialists who speak multiple languages and bring lived experience from across the borough and beyond.

Open to Everyone

No insurance is required. No referral is needed. No appointment is necessary. Visitors can browse available peer specialists, select someone whose background resonates with their own, and connect in a private, welcoming session room.
